Destination: Tupelo, Mississippi, USA
University of Chicago students teamed up with students from St. Olaf to build a house for a mother and daughter. Students began the week by putting up the walls, and after doing that, they put up the insulation. They then assembled a roof without the help of a crane! Finally, they shingled the roof until the end of the week. Since Tupelo is known as the birthplace of Elvis, they visited the Elvis Museum.on their day off.
