Get involved with our neighbors! UChicago Habitat has recently signed a new covenant with Chicago South Suburbs, and we look forward to working together with them in the near future.

Windy City Habitat
Windy City is Chicago's Habitat Affiliate. Originally Chicago had multiple affiliates all across town, but they are now merged into one.

Habitat International
From the International Habitat site you can learn useful information such as who founded Habitat (not Jimmy Carter), and other ways to get involved in your community if you don't remain in Hyde Park for the rest of your life.

Spring Valley Shelter
Located in Valparaiso, IN, we helped in the reconstruction of the shelter throughout the years 2005-2007. The shelter is an immediate care facility, housing about 30 families for 2-3 months.
