Habitat for Humanity at the University of Chicago sends groups of students, faculty and staff to various places around the city, state, country, and the world. In the past we have worked with Northwest Indiana Habitat in Gary and Hammond, as well as a shelter in Valparaiso, IN, but much of the work at these sites have been completed, so we have begun to work with other affiliates, including Windy City and Joliet. We plan to continue our domestic trips every year and our international trips every other year. This section of our website is meant to showcase the many work trips that Habitat for Humanity participates in by exhibiting pictures and text from such events.
